At Green Retreats, we know the little details make a big difference. Our B-Range is the perfect starting point as a simple, cost-effective ‘base’ model. The B-Range has fewer features included as standard than our fully inclusive garden room ranges, keeping the price low but the opportunities high! Choose from a range of ‘add-on’ packs, or get crafty with DIY or get quotes from your local tradespeople.

Included as Standard for B-Range:
Every B-Range garden room comes with a choice of doors to suit your style and how you’ll use the space.
Single door – a simple, space-saving option
Sliding doors – available in a 1.8m width, perfect for maximising light and garden views
French doors – available in 1.5m or 1.8m widths, adding a classic and welcoming touch
Standard Window
A horizontal lozenge window is included as standard, bringing in natural light while maintaining wall space for furniture or storage.
Eco foam insulation is fitted in the walls, floor and roof to help regulate temperature and improve energy efficiency. Whilst the foam is a ‘smart on cost’ feature, the performance of the insulation is strong and feels as comfortable as premium options included in our other ranges.
Soft sheen melamine interior walls are included, offering a durable, wipe-clean surface that is easy to maintain.
Not available on B1 Lite which has a textured wood OSB3 interior.
The B-Range buildings have a deck step to the front elevation as both a stylish and practical feature. The number of decking boards used in this feature vary for each model.
Not available on B1 Lite.
Optional Upgrades for B-Range:
Our composite wood effect uPVC cladding is second-life, made from completely recycled materials and is guaranteed to be recycled again; providing a contemporary finish with stunning colour.
Not available on B1 Lite.
Create a space of many practical functions with the use of partition walls. The walls will be in a melamine finish as standard and run front to back with external door access only.
Not available on B1 Lite.
Gain greater control over the temperature of your garden room with a custom-fitted air conditioning unit, that offers both cooling and heating options.
We offer two solutions to get your garden room connected to the internet. Choose from:
Homeplug: a simple and cost-effective adapter to connect your home routers broadband internet signal to your garden office.
Cat6 armoured Ethernet cable: faster and more reliable, a Cat6 armoured cable gives a direct connection from the router in your home to your devices in your garden office.
Green Retreats offer a selection of fitted blind options, available in a range of colours and styles.
Enhance your B-Range with full-height windows to bring in even more natural light. Choose from:
- Small full-height window – opening or fixed
- Large full-height window – opening or fixed

Our door options now include the choice to upgrade to a 3.0m sliding door set, creating an impressive opening that brings even more light and space to your room.

The side screen is a stylish feature that sits neatly on the front corner of your building. It adds a smart, finished look to the exterior, complementing the overall design and enhancing the visual appeal of the frontage.

B-Range Building Packs – Optional Extra
Our packs give you the choice of how hands-on you’d like to be with your B-Range project. Add them on if you’d like us to take care of everything, or leave them off if you’d prefer a more DIY approach. It’s all about making the build work your way and saving costs.
If these pack options are included in your B-Range project, they overall package of your project would match what we offer with our G-Range.
Foundations Pack
A level ground and a suitable foundation is required for your B-Range building.
The Foundations Pack for the B-Range range provides a level and stable base for your building without you having to do it yourself or find a local tradesperson. Using a polymer crate system, it offers an efficient and eco-friendly solution that is installed before your building arrives, ensuring it is perfectly level and ready for installation.
Floor Pack
Flooring can be easily fitted to your B-Range garden room.
The Floor Pack adds a professionally fitted laminate floor to your garden room. Available in light oak, grey oak or dark oak finishes, the flooring is designed for a neat, durable and low-maintenance surface that complements the interior of your B-Range.
Paint Pack
The Paint Pack provides everything you need to finish the exterior cladding in your chosen colour. Supplied with a choice of modern black, smokey grey or chic sage green, the paint is ready for you to apply yourself. The cladding must be painted with outdoor paint within six months of installation to protect and preserve the building.
Alternatively, upgrade to have the uPVC wood effect vinyl cladding fitted at an extra charge for a maintenance free colour stable finish.
Electrics Pack
The Electrics Pack for the B-Range range adds power and lighting to your garden room. Installed by our team so you’re ready to switch on:
- Pack – 2 surface-mounted double sockets, 1 panel light, consumer unit, and a 1.5kW oil-filled standing radiator.
Then upgrade to add anything extra that you’d like: extra lights, sockets, and much more…
