We helped our clients Allpay provide their staff with an additional outdoor boardroom and year-round wellbeing space. With the help of Leaf Creative who landscaped their garden area, the Allpay team now have an intimate meeting space amongst nature which offers them flexibility.

WHY THE CUSTOMER NEEDED A GARDEN BUILDING
Allpay hired Leaf Creative to rejuvenate their garden space. A key feature that Allpay required was an outside boardroom building to give their staff a year-round space and promote well-being. A previously purpose-built outdoor space had been created but wasn’t being utilised outside of the warmer months. Leaf Creative contacted Green Retreats with the brief and worked together to meet the client’s expectations.
Allpay required a space that could be used during the day as part of their corporate offering, operating as a boardroom to offer their staff an alternative to the office environment. With the introduction of the onsite fine dining restaurant, the space will also be used in the evenings providing alfresco dining opportunities alongside parties, corporate events, and cocktail events.
WERE ANY ALTERNATIVES CONSIDERED?
Before contacting Green Retreats, Leaf Creative and Allpay had many meetings to discuss the best option for the space. They considered timber builds, block builds, and even self-build but ultimately decided on an all-inclusive build package. The dilemma now was who would be the best fit.

Leaf Creative visited the Green Retreats showroom and were wowed by the space, customer service and choice of buildings.
“…This is where we fell in love with the angled window available only on the G4 as well as some extra finishing touches like the canopy lighting. Green Retreats were also kind enough to put us in touch with one of the interior companies, Velvaere, that had installed a beautiful LED-lit wall in one of the showroom buildings, and our clients are now proud owners of the same wall… The unique shape of the G4 made it stand out from day one. The angles of the roofline and front draw your eye immediately and that was something we wanted to achieve, immediate impact and wow factor. We also needed as much width as possible to achieve ‘presence’ when stood on the lower decked level, so we opted for an extra wide front for maximum impact.” – Leaf Creative
HOW ARE YOU FINDING THE FINISHED BUILDING, AND HAS IT MADE A DIFFERENCE?

The G4 fits into the landscaped garden as if it has always been there and blends into the environment perfectly. Leaf Creative and Allpay were incredibly impressed with the finish of their building and gives many more opportunities for additional space.
