Why The Customer Needed A Man Cave Bar

As an avid amateur DJ, Kirk was keen to create a man cave bar where he could practice his passion, as well as entertain friends. Not having the space in his home and wanting to escape from the hustle and bustle of home life, Kirk decided that a man cave bar from Green Retreats would be the ideal solution.

With freedom having been restored, a man cave (not just for the gents) offers a great solution to your entertainment space dilemmas. We understand that your home may not facilitate the need for adequate entertainment space, so investing in a garden entertainment space that can be used all year round, is a great idea!

What We Did

Due to the amount of space Kirk was looking for, he decided an 8.5m x 3.5m G4 would be the perfect fit for his building. The G4 features a stunning forward-leaning front aspect which offers a distinct, modern look.

The front of Kirk’s man cave bar features two striking 3.8m bi-fold doors with graphite frames. The front, right and left of Kirk’s building are clad in premium cedar, while the rear of the building is clad in Redwood. Choosing to stick with Redwood cladding (which comes as standard with our buildings) for non-prominent sides is a great way to save some money.

You can check out Kirk’s case study video below.

The Finished Man Cave

Kirk has now had his man cave bar for over a year and couldn’t be happier with the space it has created. As well as a space to practice his DJing, Kirk has a pool table and even a small garden cinema in his building, making it the ultimate space for him and his friends and family to socialise.

A man cave is a great space to unwind and offers a stress-free environment for hobbies, cinema days and entertainment. Our man caves are made for year-round use which means that come rain or shine, you’ll have a space to retreat to! Just ask Kirk.
