Foundations Pack
A level ground and a suitable foundation is required for your Basebox building.
Basebox & Basebox+
Save the hassle of doing the foundations yourself or using another contractor by opting for our Foundations Pack. Our unique tried and tested foundation system uses a polymer crate system for an efficient and eco-friendly installation, ensuring your garden room is perfectly level. This will be laid prior to your building installation date.

Our installation teams can fit an electrics pack as part of your installation as an optional extra:
Pack 1: 2 surface-mounted double sockets, 1 panel light, consumer unit, 1.5kW oil-filled standing radiator.
Pack 2: 4 surface-mounted double sockets, 2 panel lights, consumer unit, 1.5kW oil-filled standing radiator.

Your preferred electrician or local contractor will easily be able to fit your choice of electrics to your building once you have completed your self-build.

Installation is included in the quote for your Basebox and Basebox+. Delivery is included in band 1 for all of the range.
Obstacles & Boundaries
Make the most of your garden space. We can build as close a 400mm to any obstacle or boundary when constructing your garden studio building.
Planning Permission
The design of our garden buildings means that, in most cases, you will not require planning permission, saving you time and hassle.
Double Glazing
We use industry-leading, 'extra clear' double-glazing as standard for our garden buildings' window and door options.
Low To Zero Maintenance
Basebox is completely maintenance free. The Basebox option will need to be painted within 6 months of installation – that is all!
Fully Insulated
The eco-polymer foam insulation used in every Basebox building makes it fully insulated for year-round use.
10 Year Guarantee
Inclusive 10-year comprehensive guarantee. By using the finest materials, we estimate a minimum 30-year life.
Delivery Is Included In Band 1
Delivery is calculated on distance from our factory and showroom located in HP18 0XB. Where we can, we include delivery within the cost of your building. Please see the map below for delivery charges.
