The B-Range is our affordable garden room range that has been streamlined to offer a cost-effective garden building that still delivers excellent performance.
Cost Efficient Materials
B-Range buildings are built using carefully selected materials that help make our garden rooms affordable while still delivering reliable everyday performance. Instead of natural timber cladding and Rockwool insulation used in our G-Range, B-Range buildings use composite cladding and foam insulation. These materials provide dependable thermal performance while helping keep the overall build cost lower.
The building is still insulated in the walls, roof, floor and glazing, ensuring the space remains comfortable throughout the year. This allows the B-Range to deliver the key benefits of a garden room while maintaining a more accessible price.
Simplified Building Specification
B-Range has been designed with a simplified specification that removes unnecessary complexity while still delivering a high quality, affordable garden room. Door sizes, window placement and layout options are all fixed. Approaches like this help us manufacture buildings efficiently and make installation more straightforward.
By reducing design complexity and limiting the number of variations, the building process becomes quicker and more streamlined. This efficiency helps keep the overall cost of the building lower while still providing a practical and attractive garden room.
Optional Upgrade Packs
With the B-Range, you only pay for the features you want. Items such as electrics, lighting, flooring and certain internal finishes are available as upgrade packs rather than being included in the starting price. This means you can choose to add these features if they suit how you plan to use the space.
Separating the core structure of the building from optional extras keeps the starting price budget friendly. At the same time, you still have the flexibility to enhance your B-Range garden room later if you decide to add additional features.
Faster Installation Time
B-Range buildings are designed to be quicker and more efficient to install. Thanks to the simplified design and streamlined specification, installation typically takes around 1 to 3 days, helping reduce the amount of time required on site.
A shorter installation means less disruption in your garden and a faster overall project timeline. With less labour time required, installation costs can be reduced while still ensuring your B-Range garden room is professionally installed to a high standard.

Your space starts here
Simply place your £300 holding deposit to secure an installation date at any point within the next 12 months. From there, you can continue to refine and adjust your design, with full flexibility to make changes right up to 6 weeks before your installation.

Fantastic product and service to match
We had a 3.5m by 5m garden studio installed last month and we are delighted with the result. We are using it as a home gym and love the extra space it has given us!
