The B3 is a sharp, squared design with a protruding front frame that adds depth and creates a strong architectural feature.
The B3 is the boldest design of the B-Range, with a protruding squared corner detail incorporating the projected hood and side cheek.
This bold frame gives the building a layered look that immediately draws the eye with added depth and definition to the front of the building.
Beyond its visual impact, the front frame also helps to subtly frame the entrance to the building, creating a sense of structure and presence in the garden. It also includes a 1.8m French or sliding door, LP Strongcore cladding, a lozenge window, and a durable melamine interior finish, combining bold design with practical, high quality materials throughout.
If you are looking for a garden room with sharper lines and a more architectural feel, the B3 is an excellent choice.

B-Range Optional Upgrades
Our B-Range optional upgrades give you the choice of how hands-on you’d like to be with your garden room project. Add them on if you’d like us to take care of everything, or leave them off if you’d prefer a more DIY approach. It’s all about making the build work your way and to your budget.
Foundations
A level ground and a suitable foundation is required for your B-Range building.
Opting for our foundations upgrade will see our teams create a stable base of ground screws for your building without you having to do it yourself or find a local tradesperson.
As with all our ranges, you must prepare the ground before we arrive to be clear and level within 200mm.
Laminate Flooring
Upgrade to have a professionally fitted laminate floor installed in your garden room.
Available in:

The flooring is designed for a neat, durable and low-maintenance surface that complements the interior of your B-Range.
DIY Paint Kit
The DIY paint kit provides everything you need to paint the exterior cladding in your chosen colour.
Supplied with a choice of modern black, smokey grey or chic sage green, the paint is ready for you to apply yourself. The B-Range cladding must be painted with outdoor paint within six months of installation to protect and preserve the building.
Alternatively, upgrade to have the uPVC wood effect vinyl cladding fitted at an extra charge for a maintenance-free, colour-stable finish.
Internal Electrics
Upgrading to internal electrics for the B-Range adds power and lighting to your garden room which is installed by our trained team.
It includes 2 surface-mounted double sockets, 1 panel light, a consumer unit, and a 1.5kW oil-filled standing radiator.
Then you can upgrade to any further electrics that you’d like: extra lights, sockets, or air conditioning.

B3 Building Specifications
Walls
The B1 wall section is crafted in-house using pioneering eco-friendly materials.
The interior of the wall panel consists of a 9mm thick white soft-sheen melamine board for a simple and stylish interior finish. This board sandwiches a 75mm thick eco-polymer foam insulation.
The exterior cladding is a treated recycled composite made from sawdust from the milling industry, primed for resistance against rot and decay which needs to be painted using an external paint of your choice within 6 months.

Guttering
Guttering
The 4″ wide guttering further ensures the longevity of your garden pod by effectively managing excessive water flow, preserving the pod’s structure so you can enjoy it no matter the weather.
Flooring
Flooring
The flooring is designed to prevent any potential dampness from rising by promoting air circulation.
Additionally, the garden building subflooring sits above the ground level to further ensure this. The 80mm polyurethane insulation is supported by a 1mm powder-coated steel on both the top and bottom to keep the flooring protected against all-weather types.
Roofing
Roofing
The garden building roofing is made with a thick 80mm insulated steel panel that is reinforced with a 1mm powder-coated steel.
For further structural integrity, the roof has an added 0.5mm galvanised steel sheet to reinforce the panel. The roof’s design is slightly sloped, enabling effective water runoff to the rear guttering system and down-pipe.

Glazing
The glazing is made with Pilkington K Optiwhite’ extra clear’ double-glazed windows and doors that are hard coated, low-e, argon-filled, and fitted with a Planitherm layer and Swisspacer. This advanced technology ensures exceptional insulation and energy efficiency.

Payment Schedule & Finance Options
£300 Holding Deposit
Due: At any early stage of your planning
Your £300 holding deposit secures your installation date and locks in your quoted price for 1 year from the date the order is placed. It’s fully changeable and refundable up until 6 weeks before your installation date – giving you complete peace of mind while you finalise your plans.
60% Building Deposit
Due: 6 weeks before installation
We require confirmation of your building 6 weeks prior to installation. At this point, a 60% deposit is due, which secures your order and sends your building into production. This step ensures everything is ready and on track for your scheduled installation date. No further changes can be made after this payment has been taken.
30% of Remaining Balance
Due: On final day of initial construction
It typically takes 2–5 days to install your garden room. On the final day of this initial construction phase, we require 30% of the remaining balance. This payment confirms completion of the main building structure and allows us to proceed with the finishing touches such as electrics.
Final 10% of Remaining Balance
Due: On full building completion
After the main structure is installed, final works such as electrics, plastering, and any optional extras like air conditioning will be completed. Once these finishing touches are done, the remaining 10% balance is due. At this point, your 12-year guarantee is also activated, giving you complete peace of mind.

Can’t beat a Green Retreat!
