Your space starts here
Simply place your £300 holding deposit to secure an installation date at any point within the next 12 months. From there, you can continue to refine and adjust your design, with full flexibility to make changes right up to 6 weeks before your installation.

Fantastic product and service to match
We had a 3.5m by 5m garden studio installed last month and we are delighted with the result. We are using it as a home gym and love the extra space it has given us! G-Range FAQs
A pent roof garden room, or flat roof garden room, is perfect as a garden office or studio. Leisure uses of games rooms, garden bars, man caves and are also very popular choices for this style of building.
The roof of our G-Range designs has a 4 degree slope that runs from the front of the building to the rear of the building to allow water run off to guttering at the read of the building. The roofs are epoxy resin coated steel so are completely maintenance-free!
Planning permission is rarely required with any garden room buildings, but especially those with a flat or pent roof – like our G Range. Because these designs are less than 2.5m tall, they can built without planning permission as close as 40cm to any boundary or obstacle. Permitted development rights would need to be applicable.
