Building Foundations
In the price of your X1, we’ve got you covered for the base foundations too. We usually finish this about a week before your installation date, giving the concrete plenty of time to set. It takes our teams around half a day to create and test the base, making sure everything’s solid for your new space.

With our garden rooms, professional installation is included as standard. Our skilled and experienced installation teams will ensure your garden room is expertly assembled and finished to Green Retreats’ signature high standards.

Highly insulated roof section, crafted using 60mm - 95mm thick foam, steel backed insulated panels. The expoxy resin coating on this steel roof panel protects it from the elements and is completely maintenance-free. This roof section is incredibly strong and able to easily hold the weight of the solar panel and sedum roof options.Locks & Catches
Each door and window is lockable using high-security industry-standard and insurance compliant fittings.Door & Window Framing
Elevated doors and windows with acoustic laminated glass is found as standard on the X1. Choose from a 3.8m aluminium sliding dual panel door, aluminium bifold door or aluminium French combi door as standard. For windows, a 800mm corner window and panoramic lozenge window are both included in the building price.Flooring
The sub-floors of our garden rooms are engineered to sit clear of the ground to allow air to circulate and remove any risk of rising damp.Guttering

Payment Schedule & Finance Options
£300 Holding Deposit
Due: At any early stage of your planning
Your £300 holding deposit reserves your installation date, fully changeable and refundable up until 6 weeks before your installation date.
60% Building Deposit
Due: 6 weeks before installation
We begin production of your building 6 weeks prior to installation. It is at this point that we will require a 60% payment.
Remaining Balance
Due: 30% on final day of initial construction.
The X1 takes between 7-15 days to install. Once it has been installed and you are happy with it, we will ask to sign off your garden room and pay the remaining 10% as your final payment.
Finance Option
Green Retreats now offer flexible finance options on all garden room products. Whether you’re looking for a garden gym, office or studio space, our finance options allow you to explore the options of spreading the cost of your garden room over between 3 and 10 years in monthly instalments.

All we ask for is a deposit to secure the fully refundable date until 6 weeks before, so there’s no pressure if you change your mind or would like to delay.
