1. Sedum Green Roof
A sedum roof provides a natural appearance that blends seamlessly with the surrounding landscape, making your garden room feel like a part of the environment. It also contributes to environmental sustainability by absorbing rainwater, reducing runoff and helping to prevent flooding. The plants on the roof also filter pollutants from the air, improving air quality.
2. Recessed Spot Lights
You asked, and we’ve listened! We can now offer recessed spot lights in both our melamine and plastered buildings. We think this looks great, and know your going to love it when you visit the showroom.
3. Exterior Slatted Screen
Introducing our attractive and practical building upgrade that is available in both a fixed and sliding option. This contemporary feature allows you to create shade and privacy transforming your garden room into an individual retreat.
4. Circular & Black Track Ceiling Lights
We’ve expanded our selection of lighting options to give you more choice to create a garden room interior that perfectly reflects your style and use needs.
5. Halo Ceiling Lights
Elevate your garden room experience to a whole new level with our state-of-the-art halo ceiling light system, which is available in a melamine building as well as plastered!

1. Wall Mounted Radiator
We’re now offering a wall-mounted radiator as standard. These free up more valuable floor space, meaning they don’t obstruct furniture placement or limit room layout options and will make your garden room feel just like a room in your home.
2. Recessed Sockets
All interior sockets now come recessed as standard! Plus, our new black recessed sockets and switches give a modern and sleek appearance.

You’re welcome to just pop in during our opening times, however, booking a showroom appointment will ensure one of our showroom hosts is dedicated to your visit to give you a full tour. Of course, we can leave you to look around yourselves too.

Our garden rooms are priced based on the internal sizes rather than the exterior footprint, making it easier for you to plan your space. The price includes base, installation and VAT so there are no (nasty) surprises when it comes to final payment!
