Customer Care Representative

Green Retreats manufacture and supply a range of high specification contemporary garden buildings, with a wide range of uses, from home offices to art studios and a range of commercial projects (i.e Schools & charities). The company was formed in 2006 and has since installed over 10,000 buildings nationwide.

Due to the continued growth of the company and exciting future plans, we have a varied and challenging position available, supporting our Customer Care Department. Initially an admin focused role, there is scope for wider opportunities for the right candidate.

Due to our location a UK driving licence is required.

  • Key Responsibilities

    – Managing customer accounts

    – Responding to customers enquiries, over the phone on email and live chat

    – Complaint handling

    – Working closely with other teams and departments

    – Problem solving

    – Time Management

    – Scheduling queries, customer requests & date moves

    – Collections and payment chases

    – Being first point of contact for any issues with base, install and further visits.

    Skills & Experience

    – Previous customer care experience in a customer orientated role

    – Excellent written and verbal communication skills

    – Ability to multitask, work quickly and manage a varying workload

    – Be able to prioritise workload

    – IT savvy and demonstrate knowledge of Microsoft office

    – Good telephone manner

    Hours & Environment

    – Full Time – Permanent

    – 20 days holiday plus all statutory bank holidays. You will gain an additional 1-day holiday for every year worked at the company (max of 3 additional days)

    – 40 hours per week, 9-5pm / 8am – 4pm Monday-Friday with half an hour lunch break

    – Some weekend work may be required.
