Design Advisors – Saturday & Sunday

We are now looking to hire Design Advisors to work in our showroom on Saturday’s and Sunday’s.

Design Advisors’ Key Responsibilities:

Our customers come to our showroom to see our range of garden rooms. Your role will be to give them the ultimate customer experience. Working as part of a small team you will help support our showroom during our weekend working hours. Customers are given a warm welcome, a tour of the garden buildings in the showroom and are then able to design their building using our 3D configurator on the screens around the showroom. Our showroom hosts help guide them through this process and answer questions every step of the way.

Skills & Experience:

• Previous customer facing experience.
• Excellent verbal communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task, work quickly and manage a varying workload.

Hours & Environment:

• Pay: from £5,616 per annum
• Working Days – Saturday’s and Sunday’s, contracted to 12 hours per week (x2 6 hour shifts) or Saturday/Sunday, contracted to 6 hours per week (x1 6 hour shift). There is opportunity to cover weekday shifts if necessary, paid as overtime.
• Average shifts around 6 hours – Saturdays either 8:30am – 3pm or 10:30am – 5pm. Sunday either 9am – 3pm or 10:30am – 4:30pm
• 3 or 6 days annual leave per year, contract dependant

6 hours per week contract on either a Saturday or Sunday: £5,616 per annum

12 hours per week contracted to Saturdays and Sundays: £11,232 per annum

We are based between Aylesbury and Bicester just off the A41 on Westcott Venture Park, due to our location you must be able to drive.
