About Us:
Green Retreats manufactures and supplies a range of high-spec luxury garden buildings for a variety of uses, from home offices to art studios and commercial projects. As part of our exciting growth plans, we are seeking a motivated Sales & Design Consultant to join our dynamic team in London.
Key Responsibilities:
Face-to-Face Customer Engagement & Showroom Support
- Provide professional showroom tours, creating a welcoming and informative experience for customers.
- Conduct in-depth design consultations with customers in person, showcasing our product range and helping them visualize their ideal garden building.
- Working towards the customers moving towards the next stage, booking in onsite appointments and taking customer deposits.
- Maintain a high standard of customer service and attention to detail within the showroom environment.
- Support the sales team in driving customer satisfaction and meeting sales goals.
Lead Management & Follow-Up Calls
- Proactively engage with prospective customers, following up on leads via phone and email.
- Build strong customer relationships through consistent communication, ensuring all queries are handled promptly and professionally.
- Guide potential clients through the decision-making process, ensuring their needs are met with tailored advice.
Sales Administration
- Prepare and process customer quotations following consultations.
- Manage sales order paperwork accurately, ensuring a seamless transition to the customer care team.
- Schedule and book onsite appointments for design consultations.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience: 2 years prior experience in a sales-focused role, ideally customer-facing.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, adaptable to various customer needs and company requirements.
- Self-Motivation: Strong ability to work independently, managing leads and prioritising tasks effectively.
- Teamwork: A collaborative approach to supporting colleagues and achieving collective success.
- IT Proficiency: Comfortable using CRM tools (Hubspot) and in-house platforms to track customer interactions and progress.
What We Offer:
- Salary: £30,000 per annum (dependent on experience) plus bonus opportunities based on performance.
- Schedule: 40 hours per week (on a three week rolling rota).
