An opportunity to be part of a successful, dynamic and friendly company looking to expand our workforce due to continued growth. Green Retreats Ltd, the leading supplier of high-end luxury garden buildings, are looking for experienced woodworkers / carpenters.
Responsibilities and Duties
Duties will include:
- Contributing to the production of timber framed structures
- Processing of raw timber materials & components
- Using nail guns, crosscut and panel saws
- Assembly of timber-framed sections
- Assisting with other elements of the build process where required
Qualifications and Skills
Applicants need to be:
- Experienced in the use of woodworking machinery and power tools
- Able to lift reasonably heavy loads
- Ability to work to own initiative, as well as part of a team
- Positive and professional attitude towards work
- Reliable and conscientious
- Articulate and numerate
- Hold a current UK driving license
- Relevant qualifications will be an asset
- Health & safety aware
- Open to relevant or specialised training
Benefits
Pay and conditions:
- Starting hourly rate of £13.23 per hour
- Monthly bonus (starting at £100 per month)
- Overtime paid at time and a quarter (over 40 hours per week)
- Annual Christmas bonus
- Full Time Position – Monday – Friday (no weekends)
- 20 days Holiday (plus bank holidays)
- Monthly payment on the 28th of each month

Due to our location we require all applicants to own a drivers license and have access to their own vehicle.
We are based between Aylesbury and Bicester on Westcott Venture Park, just off the A41.
