Designed and built in the UK
All aspects of our garden building construction are handled internally, with our skilled team producing each element from our expansive 65,000 sq. ft production facility in Buckinghamshire. This includes the production of doors and windows, ensuring comprehensive quality assurance of your garden room designs throughout every process stage.
Planning permission rarely required
Most garden rooms fall within permitted development rights, meaning you can avoid the hassle of planning permission to create the extra space you need quickly. There are a few exceptions, depending on the area that your live in and local council rules, but our in-house planning department can handle the whole process for you should you require planning.
Fits close to any solid obstacle
Our construction methods mean we can build as close as 400mm to any solid boundary or obstacle, like a fence or your house giving you the full flexibility of the building position. For a building that’s over 15m2 we can build as close as 1m to a boundary.
