- The £400 to share means £200 for you, and then £200 for your friend. We cannot split the vouchers in any other ratio.
- The recommended friend must quote your name at the point that they place their order.
- Offer is only available to customers who have both completed their garden room purchase. A completed order is when both customers must have had their garden room installed and the final balance has been paid. It is only after this point that both customers will qualify for the gift.
- It is important that you keep your contact details up to date with us to ensure prompt delivery of your vouchers. We will send an email to both sets of customers before we send the vouchers to confirm the desired postal address.
- We are unable to backdate this offer to customers who have recommended us to a friend in the past – sorry! – but if you start recommending us again now you will be eligible.
- There is no limit on how many times you can refer separate new customers to Green Retreats. For example, if you recommend 10 friends and all 10 friends complete their orders, you will receive 10 x £200 in vouchers (1 x £200 for each order as it is completed). So spread the word!
- We can only accept one recommendation per new customer – meaning if 10 people recommend the same 1 new customer to Green Retreats, we can only accept the first recommendation we receive.
- The recommendation is against a successful and completed order, not against the individuals associated with the order. This means that is Mr and Mrs Smith complete their order with us following a recommendation from Mrs Wilson, even though two people are named on the order, this would only qualify as one order and receive one voucher.
- Green Retreats will purchase the vouchers directly from John Lewis after each confirmed complete recommendation. It is the responsibility of you, our customer, to check the expiry date on the voucher and ensure you spend it before time runs out. Green Retreats cannot issue new vouchers to replace expired vouchers. The safest thing is to spend them quickly!
- Vouchers will be sent as ‘Special Delivery’ which will require a signature. It will be the responsibility of you, the customer, to be available to sign for the delivery or to collect it from your nearest Post Office after a failed delivery.
- Each voucher will have postage tracking details so that Green Retreats can make sure your vouchers don’t become lost in transit.
