Green Retreats Sponsor Team Green
Green Retreats have organised and funded our very own weekend hosts (aptly named “Team Green”) to take on The Three Peaks challenge on September 25th 2018.
The Three Peaks challenge evolves climbing the three highest peaks in Scotland, England and Wales within 24 hours.
The three mountains are:
- Snowdon, in Wales (1085m)
- Scafell Pike, in England (978m)
- Ben Nevis, in Scotland (1345m)
Team Green have self-organised the event and will be raising for The Thomas Ball Children’s Cancer Fund and 10% of the money raised will also be donated to Mountain Rescue. Green Retreats have sponsored the Team Green climbers (Kezia, Joel, Ben, Charlotte, Toni-Ann, Lauren and driver, Lee) and have funded for everything, therefore any money raised will be given straight to charity.
The main objective of The Thomas Ball Children’s Cancer Fund is to relieve sickness and distress among children suffering from cancer and members of their families. They do this in any way that the trustees feel will be beneficial to the sick child, usually in the form of medical equipment, holidays, special gifts and research.
Although Team Green have set the bar high, they will appreciate any donation, big or small.

Our garden rooms are priced based on the internal sizes rather than the exterior footprint, making it easier for you to plan your space. The price includes base, installation and VAT so there are no (nasty) surprises when it comes to final payment!
