Do I Need Planning Permission for a Garden Building?
Garden buildings usually do not need planning permission if they meet permitted development rules, including height limits of 2.5m near boundaries and being used as an incidental space, not a separate living area.

How Long Does it Take to Install a Garden Building?
Garden buildings typically take 2 to 5 days to install, depending on the size, design and specification.
At Green Retreats, our garden buildings are manufactured off site at our Buckinghamshire production facility. This means much of the construction is completed before installation, helping to reduce time on site and minimise disruption to your home.

Fantastic product and service to match
We had a 3.5m by 5m garden room installed last month and we are delighted with the result. We are using it as a home gym and love the extra space it has given us!
