In the price of your garden room, we’ve got you covered for the base foundations too! We usually finish this about a week before your installation date, giving the concrete plenty of time to set. It takes our teams around half a day to create and test the base, making sure everything’s solid for your new space.

18mm thick Maintenance free, FSC sustainable certified Scandinavian redwood is used as the standard cladding choice for our garden rooms with alternative options available as upgrades.Insulation

ABS three-star rated locks, endorsed by “Secured by Design” and tested by the Master Locksmith Association, achieve the Sold Secure Diamond grade, the UK’s top security standard. In case of an attack, a concealed lock with a robust Molybdenum can swiftly engage, creating an impregnable barrier against intruders.

Payment Schedule & Finance Options
£300 Payment Schedule
Due: At any early stage of your planning
Your £300 holding deposit reserves your installation date, fully changeable and refundable up until 6 weeks before your installation date.
60% Building Deposit
Due: 6 weeks before installation
We begin production of your building 6 weeks prior to installation. It is at this point that we will require a 60% payment.
Remaining Balance
Due: 30% on final day of initial construction.
It generally takes us just 3-5 days to install your garden room. Once it has been installed and you are happy with it, we will ask to sign off your Green Retreats garden room and pay the remaining 10% as your final payment.
Finance Option
Green Retreats now offer flexible finance options on all garden room products. Whether you’re looking for a garden gym, office or studio space, our finance options allow you to explore the options of spreading the cost of your garden room over between 3 and 10 years in monthly instalments.
