We offer a no obligation site survey and design consultation to check that your plot is suitable and to assist you in designing your perfect garden room.

2.BOOK AN INSTALLATION DATE
Whether you are in the speculative or advanced stages of planning your garden room, you can secure your date. A £300 deposit guarantees the date of your choice.
Once that is sorted you can decide on your building style and choices, or if this is already done you can sit back and relax until closer to the installation date.
3.FINALISE YOUR DESIGN
6 weeks prior to your installation date we will begin production of your garden room.
At this point a member of our customer care team will be in touch to confirm any final details as well as provide you with an electrical plan to confirm the placement of lights, switches, sockets and consumer unit. After this time, no further changes to your garden room or installation date can be made.
4.DELIVERY AND INSTALLATION
All Green Retreats garden rooms are delivered to you by our own fleet of trucks and installed by our highly trained staff. Delivery is included within 100 miles of our factory – HP18 0XB.
THE BASE/FOUNDATIONS
The base foundations for your garden room is completed normally 1 week before your installation date – giving time for the concrete to set. The base takes around half a day for our teams to create and test.
YOUR GARDEN ROOM:
Installation of your garden room takes between 2-5 days with the main structure being weather tight by the end of the first day. Plastering and painting options make the completion date for your building several weeks later.

PAYMENT SCHEDULE
STEP 1
£300 Holding Deposit
Due: At any early stage of your planning
Your £300 holding deposit reserves your installation date, fully changeable and refundable up until 6 weeks before your installation date.
STEP 2
60% BUILDING DEPOSIT
Due: 6 weeks before installation
We begin production of your building 6 weeks prior to installation. It is at this point that we will require a 60% payment.
STEP 3
REMAINING BALANCE
Due: 30% on final day of initial construction.
It generally takes us just 3-5 days to install your garden room. Once it has been installed and you are happy with it, we will ask to sign off your Green Retreats garden room and pay the remaining 10% as your final payment.
