What’s Included in the Price:
The G-Range and A-Range buildings come with many premium features and options already built into the price, so all the essentials are taken care of from the start.
Our garden rooms come with a 2.3m sliding door set as standard; additional door sets are available as optional add-ons. The doors and windows of your garden room are available in either black or graphite.
To allow a flow of air through your garden room and additional daylight, your choice of horizontal or vertical lozenge window is included within the price of your garden room, available in either black or graphite.
- Horizontal lozenge – 905mm x 440mm
- Vertical lozenge – 405mm x 905mm
Work comfortably into the evenings or on those dull days with your choice of internal lighting to brighten your garden room. Choose one option from the following:
- 2 side-mounted up/down-lights: Brushed aluminium up/downlights are wall-mounted creating a cosy & elegant look.
- 1 LED panel light: The LED panel light measures 600mm x 600mm and is mounted on the ceiling, creating a skylight effect.
- Track light of 4 led lights: The track light system gives a row of 4 spot-lights to position as you wish.
One choice of external light is included for added style, safety and security. A PIR sensor is available for free on your choice of light style.

Recessed sockets available in white, black and chrome as standard.
The standard interior wall finish of our garden rooms is an easy-clean, soft-touch and UV stable white melamine.
A wall-mounted radiator is the standard heating option that comes with our G-Range and A-Range garden rooms.
The insulation throughout the walls, roof and floor of your garden office has been engineered in-house using industry-leading materials for year-round use.
A selection of stylish flooring options is available to you as standard, with options including:

Our Scandinavian redwood cladding is sustainably sourced with FSC certification. The Scandinavian redwood maintenance-free, slow grown over 80 years for superior natural strength and tanalised through the entire grain to protect it from the effects of weather and wear.

Green Retreats offer a selection of fitted blind options, available in a range of colours and styles.
Our plastering pack involves plasterboards being affixed to the steel roof and melamine walls of your garden office. They are skimmed and then white skirting boards are added to finish. Included with our plaster pack are recessed wall sockets.
Our decorator will finish your plastering with your chosen paint from within the Dulux, Laura Ashley or Farrow & Ball ranges. Or, leave it to us to finish your garden room in a clean white painted finish.
Create a space of many practical functions with the use of partition walls. The walls will be in a melamine finish as standard or plastered if you have opted for the plaster pack. Internal doors are also available for the partition walls in either white, pine or oak veneer.
Gain greater control over the temperature of your garden room with a custom-fitted air conditioning unit, that offers both cooling and heating options.
Quick-start wall mounted convector radiators can be fitted for a sleek finish in a choice of 1.5kW or 2kW.
Carbon film underfloor heating is available for garden buildings with the laminate flooring options.
The acoustic pack is a sound reduction method applied to your garden room, reducing the transfer of sound up to 45 decibels. Included with the Acoustic Pack is the Plaster Pack & laminated glass.
We offer two solutions to get your garden room connected to the internet. Choose from:
Homeplug: a simple and cost-effective adapter to connect your home routers broadband internet signal to your garden office.
Cat6 armoured Ethernet cable: faster and more reliable, a Cat6 armoured cable gives a direct connection from the router in your home to your devices in your garden office.
To get your garden room connected to power we can provide the services of our own electrical company. Homepower is The Green Retreats Group’s own electrical arm, comprising of a team of fully qualified & Part-P certified electricians. The price for electrical connection is quoted at your FREE design consultation.
We offer a selection of cladding alternatives that can be applied to any single side of your garden room. Choose from warmer-coloured natural materials such as honey redwood & cedar, or for stylish and eco-friendly composite cladding.
Honey Redwood – Boasting the same great qualities as our standard Scandinavian Redwood but treated with a finish for a beautiful warmer colour. The colour will fade to silver without colour treatment.
Cedar – A luxurious alternative cladding with soft warmth, this wood is highly stable and resistant to decay. Our Cedar is interlocking, leaving a nail-free finish to the cladding of your garden room. The colour will fade to silver without colour treatment.
Composite – Our composite cladding is second-life, made from completely recycled materials and is guaranteed to be recycled again; providing a contemporary finish with stunning colour.
Deck or hood lights are a striking decorative option for the exterior of your garden office. Rows of small LED spots can be inset into your deck boards or roof hood, or both.
Use the power provided by your garden room for other practical functions in the garden with the use of an outside socket.
Extend the height of your garden room to 2.7m externally for extra headroom and space. Extended height garden rooms can still generally be built without the need for planning permission – find out more about the implications here…
