Fantastic product and service to match
We had a 3.5m by 5m garden room installed last month and we are delighted with the result. We are using it as a home gym and love the extra space it has given us! The great news is that planning permission is generally not required for garden rooms! Garden rooms like ours are classed as ‘outbuildings’, which fall within your permitted development rights. Some properties and areas in the UK don’t have permitted development rights, so planning permission would be required.
