Every garden office we build comes with durable, maintenance-free redwood cladding and a robust steel and PVC-coated roof. Designed for longevity, our materials require minimal upkeep, so your space stays looking great for years to come.

Comfortable in Every Season

Each building features premium-grade insulation in the walls, floor, and roof to ensure year round usability. We also use Pilkington K Optiwhite double glazing, helping to keep your office warm in winter and cool in summer. Heating is included as standard, so you can work comfortably.

Bright, Secure Spaces

Enjoy natural light through your choice of wide 2.3m French doors or sliding doors, paired with a full-height window and a signature lozenge window opening. All our glazing features insurance-rated locks, offering added peace of mind for your workspace.

Modern Interiors, Ready for Work

Inside, you’ll find soft-sheen melamine walls, oak-effect laminate flooring, and sleek graphite and black flashing surrounds. The clean, modern finish creates a professional space that’s easy to personalise.

Power Where You Need It

Your garden office comes ready with everything you need to plug in and get started. We include internal and external lighting, a consumer unit, and three double plug sockets. All wiring is completed and ready for final connection by your electrician.

Other Costs to Consider with Your Garden Office 💡

Even once you know the base price, here are a few extras to keep in mind:

• Delivery
  Included within 100 miles of our Buckinghamshire factory (HP18 0XB). Beyond that? We’ll calculate a fair quote during your consultation.
• Levelling
  We install concrete mini-pile foundations, but your plot needs to be level within 200 mm. If it’s not, grab a few landscaping quotes; no need to prep the ground before your site survey.
• Planning Permission (if required)
  Most garden offices don’t need this. If yours does, based on size or placement, we’ll handle the entire application process for you.
