• Delivery – At Green Retreats we include delivery within 100 miles of our Buckinghamshire factory (Hp18 0XB). We do deliver and install across mainland UK, so contact us for a transparent quote for delivery to your home.
•  Groundworks – Foundations for your building are included within the cost of your building with Green Retreats (excl. B-Range which is an optional extra), however we need the group to be level within 200mm before we can lay the foundations – so bear this in mind as this could be an extra cost.
• Planning Permission (if required) – Most garden offices don’t need planning permission as they fall within permitted development rights, much like a garden shed! If your garden office project does require planning permission, we can help take care of the application for you with a 90% success rate.

The interiors of our garden rooms are soft sheen white melamine (excl. B1 Lite), with upgrade options for plastering available. Large glazed doors and windows are included as standard too, creating a bright and welcoming environment to work from.

Fully powered and ready to connect

Internal and external lighting, a consumer unit and three double sockets, all fully wired and ready for final electrical connection to your home consumer unit is included as standard (optional extra of B-Range). Please note that electrical connection is quoted for separately and not included in the price.
