FAQ’s | Hosting Christmas with a Garden Room
Our garden rooms are made with premium insulation throughout to ensure they are warm enough to use all year round. A wall-mounted radiator is included as standard in our buildings or you can choose from our range of premium heating upgrades.
In most cases, planning permission is not required for our garden rooms as they fall within permitted development rights, meaning you don’t have a lengthy waiting process to get your new space. If you do require planning permission, our planning team can handle the whole process for you, however, due to the time it takes for a planning decision to come through we won’t be able to install it before Christmas.
A garden room can be used as a temporary accommodation, like an occasional guest bedroom. However, it cannot be used for full-time living accommodation like an Airbnb or permanent housing.
All buildings for pre-Christmas installation must be placed and finalised by Friday 8th November.
