Our client Laura was looking for an alternative to a traditional home extension for her new property that allows her to have a pool table without taking up space in the home.

WHY THE CUSTOMER NEEDED A GARDEN ROOM
“We have just bought a new build specifically so that I can have double doors straight out into the garden. Adding an extension solely for housing a pool table would have made the kitchen very dark, and the ground floor would therefore be less usable when hosting friends.”

“Firstly, the ability to see the buildings in a showroom made the decision easier. Also, having the pricing matrix next to each building also helped a great deal. Secondly, the professionalism of the build team. Both teams (those who installed the foundations and the team who constructed the building) were very professional. They came fully equipped with all the tools they would need. The build team had a clear Project Manager on site who ensured everything ran on time. Boards were put down to protect our garden and our driveway. All waste was taken away at the conclusion of the build. Everyone showed up on the days arranged, and the schedule ran exactly to time. We were also able to tweak the design as it was being built. The Project Manager actually raised some points with us during the build, and we opted to follow his lead on some of the installation items, one example being the positioning of the ceiling lights. I’m so glad that we did.”
